Sansotei is a Canadian brand specializing in authentic Tonkotsu Ramen. Their first location was founded in Toronto in 2012, and over the years has grown to serve locations across the Greater Toronto Area, expanding to Ottawa, Kitchener-Waterloo region and Montreal. In 2019, Sansotei established a new location in Toronto's Union Station which had recently opened. They brand a seven screen video wall behind their counters. I was tasked to bring this feature to life.
Sansotei wanted their aesthetic to match the traffic and pace of the station itself and wanted to incorporate the use of timers to give customers the idea of how long it takes to prepare certain ingredients that make up the meal, such as the noodles and the broth.
This feature was more of a challenge on the technical side as it incorporated multiple screens with variable durations.
But overall, we were able to achieve the desired effect and I truly believe we we're able to achieve was the client was looking for.
