Mark Motors is a family owned and operated business and Ottawa’s leading luxury car dealership; whose showrooms house an impressive inventory of Porsche and Audi models.

 

In 2019, Mark Motors was gearing (no pun intended) to open a new location in Ottawa's prestigious TD Place/Lansdowne Live. They reached out and asked me to help build their content as well as the strategy for their video wall and projector feature they had displayed in the store.

For the video wall, I wanted to have more than just commercial eye candy of the vehicles they sell. I wanted it to be interactive with the customers as they browsed through the store.

Therefore, I came up with the addition of trivia and social media CTAs to increase customer engagement.

 

The projector feature was created by making vinyl cut-outs in the shape of the Mark Motors logo. It granted an interesting opportunity to showcase their content in various ways, whether it was through a full takeover or showing several clips at one time. It's a captivating piece that grabs your attention as soon as you enter the store.

 
 

Overall, the store opening was a success and is officially known as Audi City.  I also played an integral role with getting the project feature up and running and mapped the content on site so that it functioned as required. It was a pleasure meeting their team and I was proud knowing that I left with satisfied customers.
